3. Booking and Payments

• Inspection appointments must be scheduled in advance.
• Payment is due before or at the time of inspection unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled inspection may be subject to a fee.

• KeyPoint Inspections Inc. is not responsible for any issues that arise after the inspection.
• Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the inspection service.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must ensure full access to the property for inspection.
• Clients should review the inspection report and address any questions within 48 hours of receipt.

7. Confidentiality & Data Usage

• We respect client privacy and will not share personal information without consent.
• Inspection reports are for client use only and may not be distributed without our permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Regina, Saskatchewan.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
